5 ways to utilise Instagram for your business

1. Connect all social media accounts.

Instagram lets you connect your other social media accounts so that your new posts can get published to those accounts automatically. Step 1: Confirm eligibility

Step 2: Switch to a business account
Once you have a business account, you can add relevant business information such as business hours, business addresses or phone numbers and links to your website.

Step 3: Connect your Facebook Page
Facebook Page Store is not required, only Facebook Page.

Step 4: Upload the product catalogue
There are two ways to connect a product catalogue with your Instagram Business Account. Catalogue Manager or E-Commerce Platform.

Step 5: Complete account review
After connecting the product catalogue to your Instagram and having the product in the catalogue, submit your account for review. Account review usually takes a few days but sometimes takes longer.

Step 6: Turn on Shopping
Once the account is approved, you can turn on the Shopping feature.

Step 7: Start Tagging
After turning on Shopping, you can use Shopping Tags to display products in your photos and videos across Feeds and Stories.
