We are now in the midst of merging both chat and PM into a single messaging system. Starting 13th February onwards, buyers will be able to reach out to you via PM.

While we are merging into a single system, here is what you need to know:

• All the chat history will be merged into your PM Inbox / Outbox / Archives.
• Chat histories that are more than 1 month old will be stored directly in your Archive folder.
• You may observe an increase in quota limit for both Inbox & Outbox.

By merging into a single chat system, we hope this will help the seller in better manage the response time and efficiency.
