Due to the upcoming Chinese New Year, all shipping will be delayed. The last day for shipment is on 8 February 2021. Local shipping will expect a slight delay in delivery as shipping will resume back on 15 February 2021 (Poslaju & Gdex). For J&T they will resume bussiness during CNY.

As for overseas shipping delivery is expected within 14-21 days from the date of purchase.

For sellers, please communicate this to all your buyers, and include the delays and shipping in your announcement so that your buyer is aware of it.

In case seller planning for a long holiday, please put your store under vacation mode and temporary hide your posting to avoid customers placing a new order.

And for buyers, do check with the seller on the approximate date of the shipment before you place an order. Please expect delays in receiving your items.
