The product had its registration cancelled by the The Drug Control Authority on Oct 3 after it was found to contain scheduled poison diphenhydramine.

Selling and distributing the product could be fined up to RM 25,000 or jailed for no more than three (3) years or both, for the first offence, and not more than RM 50,000 or not more than three (3) years imprisonment, or both, for the subsequent offence.

A company if found guilty could face a fine of up to RM 50,000 for the first offence and up to RM 100,000 for a subsequent offence.
