Kindly be informed that in existing system, there is no option for 1-3 working days for “Estimated Arrival” column in product posting. Should you wish to have the “1-3 working days” option in your system, please send in your request by email to storesupport@lelong.my. Request is subject to management approval.

Kindly be informed that if there are 3 or more complaint cases from buyers within a week where you couldn’t fulfill the delivery within 1-3 working days, we will remove the “1-3 working days” option from your system. All product postings will be auto-updated to “3-5 working days” or more days subject to our evaluation on your existing shipping patterns. Thank you.
