We have launched our new DIY Store Builder on 10th October 2018, please update your store banner and logo soonest. If you do not make any changes, the store banner will be change and display as Text with only your store name.

Append please find all the banner and logo dimension & size requirement:

1. Banner ( Display at product details page)

Recommended dimension : 1200 pixels width with 130 pixels height for the store banner.
Image file size should less than 500KB.

2. Logo (Display at store front)

Recommended image dimension :

Minimum dimension: 1200 pixels x 133 pixels (width x height)

Maximum dimension: 1900 pixels x 210 pixels (width x height)

3. Mobile store logo and banner

Mobile store logo recommend dimension: 100 pixels x 100 pixels (width x height)

Mobile banner recommended dimension: 340 pixels x 130 pixels (width x height)

We have also introduce a new size for all mobile logo and banner, you have to upload them separately so that it can be display properly in your mobile store.
We are in the midst of bringing more function and features and keep improving the store front so that you can sell better.
