• Peraturan 7(1)(a) Peraturan Peraturan Kawalan Dadah & Kosmetik 1984 – Menjual product tidak berdaftar dengan Pihak Berkuasa Kawalan Dadah
• Seksyen 3(1)(a)-(d) Akta Ubat (Iklan & Penjualan) 1956 – Mengiklankan ubat yang merujuk kepada penggunaannya bagi tujuan:

1. Rawatan / pencegahan 20 penyakit terlarang seperti dalam Jadual
2. Kontrasepti

• Memperbaiki fungsi buah pinggang / jantung/ meningkatkan prestasi seksual

1. Diagnosis 20 penyakit terlarang seperti dalam Jadual

• Seksyen 4 Akta Ubat (Iklan & Penjualan 1956) – Mengiklankan ubat untuk tujuan pengguguran kandungan
• Seksyen 4A Akta Ubat (Iklan & Penjualan 1956) – Mengiklankan kemahiran dan perkhidmatan tanpa kelulusan daripada Lembaga Iklan Ubat.
• Seksyen 4B Akta Ubat (Iklan & Penjualan 1956) – Mengiklankan ubat tanpa kelulusan daripada Lembaga Iklan Ubat.
• Peraturan 7(2) Peraturan Lembaga Ilkan Ubat 1976 – Tidak mempamerkan nombor kelulusan daripada Lembaga Iklan Ubat (KKLIU)

Anyone who is in possession any of these products is advised to immediately cease selling, distributing or using it. Sellers are reminded that possession for sale of these products is an offence under the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984.

Any individual who commits an offence under these regulations can be fined up to a maximum of RM25,000 or a jail sentence not exceeding 3 years or both for the first offence, and for a subsequent offence, a fine up to a maximum of RM50,000 or a jail sentence not exceeding 5 years or both. A company found guilty can be fined up to RM50,000 for the first offence and fined up to a maximum of RM100,000 for a subsequent offence.
